 Oxford Mainstreet, Inc. serves as the catalyst to unify and partner with supporting organizations to promote and  foster economic growth and stability within the Business Improvement  District (BID) and surrounding area, while preserving Downtown Oxford’s  rich historic and cultural identity. 

 Oxford  Area Neighborhood Services Center (NSC) empowers people experiencing a  crisis or sudden hardship by providing direct assistance and/or  connecting them to available resources. 

 Mighty Writers’ mission is to teach kids to think clearly and write with clarity so they succeed in school, at work and in life. 

 LCH's mission is to improve the health and well-being of people and communities by providing high quality healthcare, resources, and social services. 

Through their programs and initiatives, they have been able to make a positive impact in the lives of many. From clothes, shoes, accessories, and many more.

 YoungMoms equips pregnant and parenting young women with the support, resources, and skills needed to overcome obstacles, minimize social inequities, and build a strong foundation for their families.

 

The mission of the Kennett Underground Railroad Center (KURC) is to preserve and celebrate the heritage and engage the public about the historic abolitionists, Underground Railroad agents, and freedom-seekers of this area and beyond. 

Longwood Gardens is the living legacy of Pierre S. du Pont bringing joy and inspiration to everyone through the beauty of nature, conservation, and learning.

The YMCA's mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. 

Good Neighbors Home Repair's mission is to serve and care for people in need by making their homes safer, healthier and more livable, following Christ’s teaching to love our neighbors.

The Kennett Trails Alliance seeks to connect the Kennett community to its natural beauty while promoting health, safety, a respect for the environment and a sense of community, through multiple projects and initiatives, including the creation of the Kennett Greenway, a 10-12 mile loop through Kennett.

 

 The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.​

 

 At A Haven they support grieving children with a family-centered approach. 

 Maternal and Child Health Consortium (MCHC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to ensuring that children and families have what they need to build the foundation for lifelong health and well-being 

 The Fund leads and unites the community through philanthropy and advocacy to ensure that women and girls have resources and opportunities to thrive.

 The library serves as community center, providing work space, meeting rooms, homework and research help, and a wide variety of educational and cultural programs. 

 Their mission is to empower people with arts and culture education programs teaching skills through hands-on in-person experiences of nature connection, mindfulness and traditional knowledge.

 Square Roots Collective is a collection of social enterprises that join in advancing our community toward an ecosystem in which everyone can thrive.

 

  KACS' mission is: Strengthening Our Community in Southern Chester County Through Food, Housing, Crisis Services, and Education. 

Chester County Food Bank's Mission: We mobilize and educate the community to ensure access to nutritious and familiar food. 

 Good Samaritan Services compassionately responds to those approaching or experiencing homelessness across Lancaster and Chester Counties.  

 Project C.U.R.E.'s mission is to identify, solicit, collect, sort, and distribute medical supplies and services to hospitals and clinics in developing countries, aiming to improve global health and deliver hope to those in need. 

 RSVP improves the lives of vulnerable populations in the local community by focusing on education and wellness and by supporting nonprofits through skill-based volunteer programs.

 

Oxford Arts Alliance mission: We create opportunities to engage with music and art through education and experiences that are accessible to all.

 

Friends Home in Kennett is a non-profit organization serving the regional community as a valued resource dedicated to providing a full range of high-quality care prioritizing residents’ independence in a homelike atmosphere for older men and women of modest means. 

Acts of Generosity support vibrant communities by promoting education and increased understanding in partnership with nonprofits in Berks, Chester and Lancaster Counties. 

The CIMS is dedicated to empowering the vulnerable, including low-income families, immigrants and refugees. They tackle stigma, marginalization, exclusion, and systemic poverty. 

Kacie’s Cause is a group of volunteers dedicated to minimizing the effects of substance use disorder with love and compassion in a non-judgemental way through education, support, prevention, & advocacy. 

Stroud Water Research Center advances knowledge and stewardship of freshwater systems through global research, education, and watershed restoration. 

Water Street Mission's mission statement: In response to Christ's love, we join with His mission to walk with our neighbors who are experiencing marginalization and poverty, trusting Him to transform lives and restore hope. 

 The Lighthouse Youth Center's mission: Shine  the light and love of Jesus Christ to Oxford area youth through our  staff-directed, volunteer-supported center and programs.

Oxford Gun Club is a 501(c)(3) corporation organized for the purpose of providing a safe and friendly atmosphere for the promotion of the shooting sports for both our members and non-members. 

Moore for the Troops is a nonprofit organization focused on raising money for different causes that affect the daily lives of our Veterans.

Meals on Wheels mission: To empower individuals to maintain their independence and live with dignity by addressing their hunger and isolation through the provision of nutritious meals and essential support services.  

 The Elk Creeks Watershed Association is an all-volunteer non-profit educational and public outreach organization committed to preserving, restoring and protecting the quality and beauty of the natural resources of the Big and Little Elk Creeks in southeastern Pennsylvania and northeastern Maryland. 

 The mission of the Oxford Area Foundation is to protect and restore critical natural areas and waterways for public benefit, and to educate the community to create a legacy of a healthy, sustainable environment for future generations. 

The Garage Youth Center mission: To empower youth to pursue their potential academically, relationally, and spiritually. 

SILO is a welcoming and diverse group of friends who come together to Serve, Inspire and Love Others in our community. 

  Oxford Area Senior Center mission: It is our purpose to offer activities and programs that are of utmost interest to our senior friends.
